Lithuania, officially the Republic of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuvos Respublika) is a country in Eastern, often referred to as Northern Europe or in Baltic Division. Situated along the south-eastern shore of the Baltic Sea, it shares borders with Latvia to the north, Poland, Belarus to the southeast, and the Russian exclave of the Kaliningrad Oblast to the southwest.
